目的探讨维吾尔族与汉族伴代谢综合征(MS)的脑梗死患者TOAST分型情况。方法收集2009年4月-2012年6月新疆不同地区首发急性期脑梗死患者490倒,根据中国人群MS的诊断标准,分为MS组243例,非MS组247例。MS组按照民族分为维吾尔族141例,汉族102例。所有患者按脑梗死TOAST分型标准进行分型,分别比较MS组与非MS组和MS组的维吾尔族与汉族的TOAST分型情况。结果MS组与非MS组脑梗死患者体质指数(BMI)/〉25kg/m2者比例及高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。MS组脑梗死的患病率为49.6%(243/490)。MS组与非Ms组TOAST分型构成比比较,差异有统计学意义(X2=13.462,P=0.009);MS组中维吾尔族与汉族脑梗死患者BMI〉125kg/m2者比例、吸烟、饮酒、高脂血症、糖尿病发生率比较.差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。维吾尔族脑梗死患病率为58.0%(141/243);MS组中维吾尔族与汉族脑梗死患者TOAST分型构成比比较,差异有统计学意义(X2=12.219,P=0.016)。结论MS是脑梗死的重要危险因素之一,会影响脑梗死TOAST分型的各亚型的分布情况,且导致维吾尔族、汉族脑梗死患者各亚型的分布不同。
Objeetive To investigate the TOAST subtypes of cerebral infarction patients with metabolic syndrome (MS) in Uygur and haM nationality. Methods 490 acute cerebral infarction patients from different areas of Xinjiang from April 2009 to June 2012 were divided into MS group (243 cases) and non - MS group (247 cases) according to the MS diagnosis stand- ard of Cliinese people. The MS group was further divided into Uygur group ( 141 cases) and HaM group ( 102 cases) . All the pa- tients were classified according to TOAST subtype standard. The TOAST subtypes of MS group, non - MS group, Uygur group and HaM group were compared. Results BMI i〉 25 kg/mz, incidences of high blood pressure, high blood fat and diabetes be- tween MS group and non - MS group all showed statistically significant differences (P 〈 0. 05 ) . The cerebral infarction incidence in MS group was 49.6% (243/490) , and the constituent ratio of TOAST subtypes between MS group and non - MS group showed statistically significant difference (X2 = 13.462, P=0. 009) . BMI≥25 kg/m2 , smoking history, alcohol history, incidences of hyperlipidemia and diabetes between Uygur group and HaM group all showed statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The cerebral infarction incidence of Uygur nationality was 58.0% ( 141/243 ) and the constituent ratio of TOAST subtypes between Uygur group and HaM group showed statistically significant differences (X2 = 12. 219, P = 0. 016) . Conclusion MS is an im- portant factor for cerebral infarction and can influence the TOAST subtypes of cerebral infarction, causing different distribution of subtypes between Uygur nationality and HaM nationality.
