以纯金属Mg、Al和Ca为原料,采用机械合金化的方法制备Mg70Al20Ca10非晶态合金,借助X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜仪与差示扫描量热仪分析球磨过程中粉末试样的结构变化及其热稳定性。结果表明球磨过程中有两个非晶相形成阶段,非晶相的热稳定性很好。Mg-Al-Ca合金在负值混合焓较小的条件下,可以通过机械驱动力的作用发生非晶转变。
Mg70 Al20 Ca10 amorphous alloy is prepared from pure magnesium, aluminum and calcium powders by mechanical alloying, and the glassy structure and thermal stability of the as-milled powder samples are investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that there are two stages of formation of amorphous phases and the amorphous phases have good thermal stability. The formation of the amorphous phases in the Mg-Al-Ca system can be realized by the mechanical driving force, even though the negative value of mixing enthalpy is very small.
