After expanding the TNT model,this paper explains the trade surplus in our country from the imbalanced development of tradable and non-tradable goods department for a long time.Therefore,in order to restore the equilibrium China must adjust the economic structure,including increasing the relative price and the proportion of production and consumption of non-tradable goods as the same time enhances the home absorption.The paper also analyzes the conditions of adjustment and puts forward the concrete policy proposals.
