针对集群企业是否“机会均等”地获得知识资源的问题,采用自我中心网络理论的“结构-关系”分析方法,研究和阐释了集群企业本地网络对知识获取绩效的影响机理.提出了集群企业本地网络的模型,确定了刻画该网络的特征变量:网络规模和网络范围表达结构特征,而网络关系强度和网络关系持久度表达关系特征;通过分析集群企业本地网络四个特征变量对网络知识资源获取绩效的影响关系,以及论证知识获取关键要素在这种影响中所起到的中介作用,构建了集群企业本地网络对知识获取绩效影响机理的概念模型.该模型为促进集群企业知识管理提供了理论依据.
Aiming at the problem whether clustered firms could share knowledge resources equally, the influencemechanism of clustered firm's local network on knowledge acquisition performance was investigated by using the "structure-relationship" analysis method of ego-centric network theory. A model of clustered firm's local network wasput forward, from which characteristic variables describing clustered firm's local network were determined. Net-work size and network scope was used to represent the structural characteristics, while network relationship intensity and network relationship durability were used to represent the relational characteristics. By expatiating the influence of these variables on clustered firm's knowledge acquisition performance and analyzing the mediating effects ofknowledge acquisition's key factors on the influence, a conceptual model illustrating the influence mechanism was established, which provided theoretical foundation for promotion of knowledge management in clustered firms.
