进行了TA1/Q235钛/钢的累积叠轧焊试验,研究轧制温度、轧制道次、累积压下量等工艺参数对TA1/Q235复合板组织及结合性能的影响规律。结果表明采用累积叠轧焊方法不仅可以大幅度地提高TA1/Q235的结合强度,而且还可以获得连续均匀、组织细化的Q235的结合组织。
The experiments to manufacture the TA1/Q235 clad plate by the accumulative roll bonding (ARB) process were performed. The influence of the technical parameters, such as the rolling temperature and passes, the accumulated reduction amount, on the microstructure and clad strength of the TA1/Q235 clad plate were studied. The ARB technique not only increased greatly the bonding strength of TA1/Q235 clad plate, but also thinned the microstructure of Q235 plate.
