作为两个相对独立旋转部件之间信号传输的核心器件,光纤旋转连接器(FORJ)广泛应用于雷达、战车和红外探测系统等信息化军事装备中。但是,对于传输通道不经过旋转轴或器件中心部位的特殊需求,一般FORJ不能直接使用。对此,国内外学者对满足这种需求的具有中空特性的FORJ进行了研究。文中分析了中空FORJ的研究现状,对中空FORJ的实现原理、影响主要指标的因素以及应用情况进行了综述,对中空FORJ的发展方向进行了展望。
The fiber optic rotary joint (FOR]) which has been widely used in the field of military, such as radar, tank and infrared detection system, is a key component between two relatively rotating systems for high-speed communication. However, when the centerline of rotation is not available for FORJ, the on-axis FORJ could not be used to transmit the optical signals. Therefore some off-axis FORJs have been developed to meet the requirements of new weapon systems. The implementation and key influential factors of off-axis FORJ are summarized. The future development of off-axis FORJ is pointed out.
