目的:在我院实习医师的外科学临床教学中,应用情景模拟教学法进行外科相关临床技能的临床教学,以期改善临床教学效果。方法:2012年实习教学采用传统教案,2013年则采用情景模拟教案进行实习教学。分别在完成12周的外科实习后,统一参加OSCE考试,评估教学效果。结果:2013年的临床技能考试成绩与2012年相比,总体平均成绩有了显著的提高(P〈0.01),尤其是在换药、留置胃管、留置导尿和病例分析这4个模块中,考试成绩的提高有显著性统计学差异(P〈0.01)。结论:情景模拟教学法可以显著提高实习医师的外科临床技能及其一阮束应用能力。
Objective: In order to improve the effect of clinical education, we applied scenario-simulation method in the teaching of clinical skill for the students who undertook their surgical internship in our hospital. Methods: Traditional method was retained for the interns in 2012, and the scene-simulation method was adopted in 2013. All the interns took an objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) after their 12-week surgical internship for the comparison of education effects. Results: Compared to 2012, the average scores of clinical skill examination witnessed a significant increase in 2013 ( P 〈 0.01 ). The stations of dressing change, gastrointestinal de- compression, urinary catheterization, and oral test were the key contributors. Conclusion: The scene-simulation method of teaching could improve the surgical clinical skills and abilities in the interns.
