以某点钞机企业装配线为研究对象,运用秒表测时法测定出装配线各工位工时,识别瓶颈工位.制作标准作业指导书对瓶颈工位进行初步改善.进一步绘制双手作业分析图,分析装配线上的装配工艺过程、工人操作方法与内容以及工位布局等方面存在的问题,结合ECRS原则、山积图以及流水线平衡化中工位作业内容的重新分配等理论,重新设计装配线.经过两次改善,装配线平衡率总体提升8.1%,日产量提升43.9%,企业日产量达到了订单要求.
Aiming at assembly line of a cash registers en- terprise, this paper applies the second watch measuring method to measure the work time of various stations of the assembly line, and finds out the bottleneck station. Using the production standard operating instructions to standardize bottleneck station for preliminary improvement . And the hands operation analysis diagram is applied to reveal and ana- lyze the problem of assembly process, worker operation method and stations layout. Combined with the principle of ECRS, column diagram and the line balancing theory of work content for relative station of redistribution, the as- sembly line is redesigned. After twice improvements, the balance rate of assembly line is improved 8.1 %, and produc- tion capability is improved 43. 9%, enterprise daily output reaches to order requirements.
