概述了考虑粗糙度影响的泵性能数值预测研究的现状。分析了FLUENT中粗糙度常数和粗糙度高度的关系,并计算了粗糙度常数在数值模拟中的影响大小。引入扬程和效率影响因子,以对12台离心泵为研究对象,详细地研究了粗糙度对离心泵性能数值预测结果的影响。分析计算表明FLUENT中的粗糙度常数相当于粗糙度高度的一个修正系数,其对离心泵性能数值预测结果影响较小。考虑粗糙度(20μm)后,离心泵数值性能预测精度略微提高。随着比转速的增大,粗糙度对预测结果影响越来越小。随着粗糙度的增大,其对预测结果影响越来越大。
The present situation of numerical prediction characteristics of pumps,which considers roughness,is introduced.The relationship between roughness constant and roughness height in FLUENT is analyzed and the effect of roughness constant in numerical simulation are calculated.The 12 centrifugal pumps are selected as research models.The head effect factor and the efficiency effect factors are introduced to study the impact of roughness on numerical characteristics prediction of centrifugal pumps in detail.The research results indicate that roughness constant is an adjustment coefficient of roughness height and has little impact on numerical characteristics prediction of centrifugal pumps.After considering the roughness(20 μm),the prediction precision of numerical characteristics prediction of centrifugal pumps improves a little.As the specific speed of pumps increases,the effect of roughness becomes less and less.As the roughness increases,it has more effect on numerical characteristics prediction of centrifugal pumps.
