通过我校生殖医学专业学位点培养本科人才的教学实践,探讨“一专多能”的人才培养模式及“一流学科”促“一流本科教育”的可行性及策略。调研在校大学生生殖健康知识水平与需求,开设“生殖医学”通识课程,对授课前后大学生认知态度、能力变化及教学效果进行评价;组建本科生科研创新团队,进行科研创新。通过课程传授,大学生生殖医学知识的知晓率显著提高(P〈0.01);除“婚前性行为”外,生殖健康相关行为的接受情况有明显转变(P〈0.01);90%以上大学生认可通识课程的教学质量和效果;本科生创新能力有明显提高,并取得显著的成绩。综合性大学专业学位点可通过通识教育、科研创新活动等途径来提高本科生综合素质,“一专多能”的创新人才培养模式是实现“一流学科”促“一流本科教育”的有效手段。
To explore the feasibility and strategy of the pattern of versatile undergraduate cultivation and promote the "first-class undergraduate education" by the " first-class discipline", through the teaching practice of reproductive medicine in Nanchang University, the general course of reproductive medicine was offered according to the undergraduates' levels and demands of the reproductive knowledge. After then, the undergraduates' attitude and behavior before and after attending the course were investigated, and the teaching effect was evaluated as well. The scientific research teams of the undergraduates were organized and guided to carry on the scientific innovation activities. After being educated, the ratio of reproductive medicine awareness was increased evidently (P 〈 0.01 ). Except on the premarital sexing, the acceptance of reproductive health behaviors was improved significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). More than 90% of the undergraduates were satisfied with the teaching quality. The undergraduates' ability of innovation was obviously improved, and a series of scientific achievements were made. The comprehensive quality of the undergraduates is improved through the ways including the general education and the scientific research innovation. The pattern of versatile undergraduate cultivation is an effective way of the " first-class discipline" promoting the " first-class undergraduate education".
