Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Ten Flavor Antipruritic Decoction sitting bath treatment of woman pruritus vulvae. Methods：The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given self-made prescription Ten Flavor Antipruritic Decoction sitting bath. The control group was given Pifukang solution external sitting wash. Two times a day, 10 days as a course of treatment. Continuous treatment of 3 menstrual cycles, menstrual disabled. Results ：The effective rate of treatment group was 93.83%, and the control group was 79.59% , and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion ： Self-made prescription Ten Flavor Antipruritic Decoction in treating women with pruritus vulvae can improve the efficiency and the curative effect is satisfactory.
