从长春市大型超市空间布局现状出发,总结超市布局特征,发现大型超市布局基本符合其业态区位选择特征。以.GIS为手段,分析了长春市大型超市布局存在的问题。研究表明,各超市布局多从自身利益出发,选址眼光不够长远,各超市的服务半径小于网点规划中的服务半径,针对大型超市空间布局存在的问题,提出相应的布局策略。
This paper summarized the spatial distribution characteristics by studied on the present situation of spatial distribution, and analyzed the problems in spatial distribution. The studies showed that the spatial distribution of each large supermarket was unreasonable and unbalanced. The service distance of large supermarket was less than the service distance in commercial network plan. Finally, some suggestions on how to optimize rea- sonable distribution of supermarket were given.
