设计并合成了9个N(7-氟-3-氧-3,4-二氢-2H苯并[b][1,4]噁嗪-6-基-)-N',N'-二取代脲类化合物,其化学结构经IR、^1HNMR、LCVMS确证。初步生物活性测定结果表明,部分化合物具有-定的除草活性,当茎叶处理使用剂量为75ga.i/hm^2时,化合物4e和4h对双子叶杂草刺苋的抑制率达70%以上。
Urea compounds are one of the hot topic in the herbicide research, Nine N-(7-fluoro-2,4-disubstituted-3- oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo [b] [ 1,4]oxazin-6-yl)-N',N'- disubstituted urea compounds were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR and LC/MS spectra.The primary bioassay results showed that some title compounds had some herbicidal activities, for example, compound 4e and 4h exhibited more than 70% herbicidal activity against, Amaranthus spinosus at the rate of 75 g a.i./hm^2.
