针对网络化制造对现场物理设备实时监控的要求,通过对FDM快速成型机结构和性能分析,提出了基于自组织映射(SOM)神经网络和Java 3D的远程监控方法。完成了对PMAC运动控制卡数据实时采集和Java 3D模型及SOM网络的建立,实现了现场设备运行数据驱动Java 3D模型再现加工过程,并在客户端通过SOM网络完成了实时故障诊断、优化加工参数的远程监控等任务。
A novel remote monitoring system was presented, which aims to monitor the machines in a web-based manufacturing environment. Through the structure aulysis of the RP machine, real time data collecting was realized from PMAC and RP machine was modeled by Java 3D. A project was introduced to simulate the maching processes by Java 3D and to monitor them by SOM neural network, which data is transformed from application server.
