针对现有离心泵混合网格优化算法,分别对四面体网格和三棱柱网格进行优化,会出现优化质量不高且效率较低的问题,建立一种同时考虑三角形形状和棱柱侧边正交性的三棱柱网格质量优化目标函数,并结合已有四面体网格质量优化目标函数,建立了能够在优化的同时考虑四面体和三棱柱网格质量的目标函数。此外,对比分析了6种不同求最优值方法在迭代次数以及需求精度等因素变化情况下对混合网格优化效果的影响。数值验证结果表明,共轭梯度法和二分法相结合且权重系数取0.2的求最优值方法,其优化效果和效率最好;对比分析本优化算法与某商业软件中的优化算法,最差网格单元质量和整体网格的质量均有所提高,且本算法优化后得到的最差网格单元质量要高于某商业软件。所提算法的优化效果优于已有算法。
The algorithm optimization of hybrid grid for centrifugal pump optimizes tetrahedral mesh and tri-prism grid separately,which will lead to low quality and efficiency. To solve this problem,a tri-prism grid quality optimization objective function balancing triangle shape and orthogonality of prismatic side was established. Besides,the effects of six different methods of solving optimal solution on the results of optimizing hybrid grids were compared. Moreover,the impact of weight coefficient on optimization was also studied and the optimization results between the algorithm and a commercial software were compared.Results showed that the optimization results and efficiency were better when the conjugate gradient method and dichotomy were combined and weight coefficient value was 0. 2. With the optimization algorithm,the quality of the worst grid cell and the whole grid was increased,comparing with the commercial software.In addition,the quality of the worst grid cell with the optimization algorithm was also increased compared with the commercial software. It indicates that the optimization algorithm is better than the existing algorithms.
