为了更好的研究叶轮出口形状对离心泵作透平性能的影响,以一台比转数为75的离心泵作为研究对象,结合数值模拟和模型试验对比分析了不同叶片形状(叶片出口倒圆、叶片出口修挫等)对于泵作透平性能的影响。通过对比原模型计算结果与试验结果对比可知,所采用的数值计算方法具有较高的精度,在设计工况附近,预测值的相对误差为3%,而在小流量工况和大流量工况分别为5%以及8%,且能够准确地模拟出不同流量下的外特性变化情况;通过对比不同叶片形状模型计算结果可知,各个流量下叶片出口修挫的模型扬程和效率都最高,而原模型获得的扬程和效率最低。
In order to study the shape of blade on the performance of pump as turbine, a single grade end suction centrifugal pump as turbine is chosen as research object. Different-style blades are compared and analyzed by combining numerical simulation and model tests, and studying the performance of pump as turbine. This study shows that the adoptive numerical simulation method can com pute the performance of different flows accurately. The relative error of head and efficiency is 3% under design conditions, the rela- tive error of head and efficiency are 5 % and 8% high flow and small flow respectively. There is a good agreement between numerical simulation results and model tests. Filing blade outlets get the best performance in the three style blades. However, the initial model is the least efficient.
