利用动态试验和有限元仿真对某载货汽车后悬架钢板弹簧的"频变"和"幅变"特性进行了研究。结果表明,仿真结果与试验结果很好地吻合,而加载幅值对钢板弹簧的迟滞曲线影响较大,而加载频率对其影响甚微。最后通过仿真进一步考察了钢板弹簧片间接触摩擦因数、接触面积、接触阻尼以及预紧力对板簧迟滞特性的影响,为钢板弹簧的正向设计提供了参考。
Both dynamic tests and finite element simulations are carried out to study the frequency-dependent and amplitude-dependent characteristics of the leaf spring in the rear suspension of a vehicle. The results show that simulation results coincide well with the test ones,and the load amplitude has much influence on hysteresis curves,whereas the load frequency only has little effect. Finally,a further simulation is also conducted to investigate the effects of friction coefficient,contact area and tangential damping between spring leaves and the pretension of spring assembly on its hysteresis behavior,providing references for the forward design of leaf spring.
