He received his B.S. degree in systems engineering and M.S. degree in management science and engineering in National University of Defense Technology in 2004 and 2006, respectively. He was a vis- iting student in the Discrete Optimization Re- search Group, Ruprecht-Karls Universit~t Hei- delberg in Germany from September 2008 to September 2010. He is currently a Ph.D. can- didate in the College of Information Systems and Management, National University of Defense Technology.
