利用金刚石对顶砧技术测量了高压下纳米CaF_2的阻抗谱.得到了不同压力下纳米CaF_2的阻抗Nyquist图.给出了等效电路模型,利用模型对纳米CaF_2不同压力下的阻抗谱进行拟合,拟合结果和实验结果吻合很好.得出纳米CaF_2应为离子和电子混合导电.
In this letter, the alternating current impedance spectroscopy of CaF2 nanocrystals was conducted by diamond anvil cell (DAC) under high pressure. The Nyquist representation of the impedance spectroscopy of CaF2 nanocrystals under various pressures was obtained. The equivalent circuit was given out. The current impedance spectroscopy of CaF2 nanocrystals was fitted by equivalent circuit, and the simulated spectra are well agree with the experimental data. The charge carriers in CaF2 nanocrystals include both F-ions and electrons.
