利用LSS(Liquid-Solid-Solution)方法,通过改变反应时间和反应物的浓度,制备了多种尺寸、形貌均一的单分散Sr F2纳米晶粒.分别利用X射线衍射技术(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对制备的纳米晶粒进行结构和形貌的表征,并对氟化锶纳米晶粒的调控合成及其机理进行探讨.
The strontium fluoride nanocrystals with different size were successfully synthesized by a facile hydrothermal process. The Sr F2 nanocrystals with a controllable size were prepared by modulating the time and concentration of the monomers. The morphology and structure of sample were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD) and transmission electron microscopy( TEM). In this thesis,emphasis was laid on the investigation of controlled synthesis of strontium fluoride nanocrystals and their thermodynamical mechanism.
