英文摘要：

This paper constructs the evaluation index system for the integration development level of the ecological civilization construction and economic construction from three aspects： Economic development, environment construction and system implementation. It uses TOPSIS method to quantitatively evaluate 30 provinces in China. The result shows the situation that the eastern part is superior to the middle part and the middle part is better than the west as to the integration development level of ecological civilization construction and economic construction, and most of the provinces have the level of downward trend with ups and downs. This paper finally puts forward relevant suggestions on better integration.
