采用ANSYS软件和FLUENT软件数值分析了在核主泵一级密封失效时,流体静压式二级密封在密封压力下由接触式转变为非接触式机械密封的机理、密封端面的压力变形规律、密封液膜的流体动力学特性、以及密封端面变形对密封性能的影响规律。
The mechanism from contacting to non-contacting form in the hydrostatic second mechanical seal when the first seal of Reactor Coolant Pump failed was numerical studied by ANSYS and FLUENT. The pressure deformation of sealing face, the fluid dynamics behavior of sealing film and the sealing performance were analyzed.
