Based on configuration of pilot power,the allocation of users＇ service power,synchronous channel power and paging channel power is researched,then the model of capacity of the cell users and the model of subtraction of coverage in forward and reverse link are established.As to the models,multi-objective evolutionary algorithm is used to optimize the allocated value of each power from the total power of WCDMA to obtain a series of the powers＇ values.Finally,based on users＇ satisfaction,the criteria model is established,which determines values of pilot power and users＇ service power to select the optimal configured value of each power.
