由于对高精高速数控插齿技术的要求逐步增强,需要对原有的数控插齿机进行一些改造使其在技术和经济上都能适应新的需求。从数控插齿机的动力部分入手,将直流力矩电机应用于数控插齿机,讨论了其在技术上和经济上的可行性,并分析了选型流程。结果表明:使用直流力矩电机驱动数控插齿机在技术和经济上都具有很高的可行性,为提高数控插齿机加工精度与效率开辟了一条新的思路。
By the reason that the demand of high precision and high-speed numerical control ( NC ) gear shaper technology is gradually increasing, it is in need of doing some modification to the original NC gear shaper so as to adapt to the new requirements in technology and economy. By starting from the power section of NC shaping machine, applying direct current (DC) torque motor to NC shaping machine, technical and economic feasibility of it was discussed, and model selection process was analyzed. The results show that the NC gear shaper machine with using of DC torque motor drive has very high feasibility, which explores a new idea for improving its precision and efficiency in machining.
