为探讨体质与外感是否存在相关性，设计问卷，对健康在校大学生进行调查，内容涉及体质状态与既往感冒情况，收集有效问卷688份，以SPSS18．0软件采用双向有序列联表进行分析。结果：发现人体肤表的形态特征以及对外感环境的适应与抗邪能力与营卫的盛衰和功能相关，后者取决于脾胃功能的强弱。说明体质的强弱不仅影响外感病的发病与否，对证候的形成与愈后转归存在显著影响。为营卫理论以及外感病发病理论提供了一定的基础。

英文摘要：

To explore the correlation of constitution and exogenous disease, we design questionnaires to investigate healthy college students. The content involves physical state and always catching a cold, collecting 688 valid questionnaires, with SPSS 18. 0 software adopts two-way sequence league table for analysis. It is found that the morphology and the immunity depend on Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi ,which depend on the strength of the spleen and stomach function. It is proved that constitution not only influ- ences the onset of these diseases or not, but also plays a significant role in the formation and the outcome after the impact.
