以给定非圆齿轮传动比函数和中心距为基础,研究非圆齿轮数学建模的方法,基于Solidworks和Maple提出非圆齿轮三维实体建模的一种新方法。根据建立的数学模型,利用Maple得到非圆齿轮齿廓的数据文件,导入到Solidworks中实现非圆齿轮三维实体建模,并将两个非圆齿轮进行装配。最后,利用Solidworks中的Motion插件进行非圆齿轮运动仿真,生成相应的从动齿轮的角速度、角加速度曲线,进而判断非圆齿轮齿廓啮合性能的优劣以及验证非圆齿轮设计理论的正确性。
A new 3D solid modeling method of non-circular gear was presented in the paper.The design was implemented with Solidworks and Maple softwares,on the basis of the given non-circular gear transmis-sion ratio function and center distance.The mathematical model of the non-circular gear was developed. The data points of non-circular gear profile was generated .The 3D solid model of the non-circular gears was developed in the Solidworks software with the gear profile generated in Maple.Lastly,the motion simulation of the non-circular gear was carried out by the Motion in Solidworks.The corresponding angular velocity curve and angular acceleration curve were also generated to judge the merits of the non-circular gear tooth profile meshing performance and prove the validity of the theory of the non-circular gear design.
