首先通过室内试验优选出索塔锚固区纤维混凝土配合比,然后在现场泵送浇注2.44m×1.22m×1.22m长方体试验块和3.4m×1.0m×2.3m剪力钉试验块,最后浇注节段足尺模型.采用合理的振捣工艺,避免振捣过程中砂浆上浮和纤维外漏,从而试验块未出现开裂,外观质量良好.对优选的钢纤维混凝土进行了120m和216m泵送试验,系统泵压都在20MPa左右;停机0.5h后泵压约为22MPa,并且混凝土土出机坍落度大、和易性良好.通过泵送阻力计算,预测优选的钢纤维混凝土能达到306m的泵送高度.
SFRC mix for anchorage zone between steel anchorage ox and cable in bridge tower,which was optimized through lab testing, was pumped to cast testing blocks (2.44 m×1.22 m×1.22 m) ,headed shear stud connectors blocks (3.4 m×1.0 m×2.3 m) and full-scale model test of anchorage zone of the main tower in situ. As in the freshly mixed SFRC, steel fiber has a high density, which will avoid the fracture and segregation of SFRC in the vibrating process.The segregation could be restricted and the quality of SFRC blocks was greatly improved by technological measures. When the SFRC was pumped vertically up to 216 m, the pumping pressure was about 20 MPa at first and was increased to about 2 MPa after half an hour. Moreover, the SFRC out of pump pipe has good workability. According to the pumping calculation, the optimal SFRC could be pumped to 306 m.
