结合朔黄铁路路桥过渡段实际,基于有限元和无限元理论建立车-轨动力分析模型,并通过实测数据对模型进行了验证。以实测过渡段不平顺为基础,分析了C80货车通过过渡段时动力响应规律。计算结果表明:重载既有线路桥过渡段运营造成的不平顺对车辆振动加速度、轮轨力等影响较大,不平顺条件下轮轨力可达221 kN,接近容许限制;在路基深度3 m以下,AB组与C组填料动应力和动变形趋于一致,在使用C组填料过渡区段可考虑在3 m以上用AB组填料换填。
Combined with the practice of Shuo-Huang Railway roadbed-bridge transition section,vehicle-railway analysis model was established on the basis of finite element theory and infinite element theory,and this model was verified by measured data.On the basis of measured track irregularities,dynamic responses law of C80 freight car passing roadbed-bridge transition section were analyzed.The calculated results show that: track irregularities induced by the operation of roadbed-bridge transition section have great effect on vehicle vibration acceleration and wheel-rail force.The wheel-rail force was close to 221kN,approaching the permissible limits.The dynamic stress and dynamic deformation of A,B group filler trend to coincide with that of C group filler under the depth of 3m of roadbed,so the A,B group filler can be considered to be used above 3m in the roadbed of transition sections which using C group filler.
