Experiment and simulation of diffusion of micron-particle in porous ceramic vessel

利用FLUENT6.3对PCF型湿式除尘脱硫器装置内的三维气液两相流场进行数值模拟,分析装置内气液两相分布特性。模拟结果表明,PCF装置内的导流板对气液两相的分布特性影响显著,使气相分布更加均匀。导流板和自激通道是引起装置压力损失的主要原因。PCF装置的套筒式结构有效地减少了烟气带水问题,并减少了除雾器的安装,使除尘器的结构更加简单。模拟结果对设备的优化设计和实际运行有一定的指导作用。

英文摘要:

Three-dimensional gas and liquid flows in a PCF wet dedusting and desulfurization tower was simulated using the software package of FLUENT 6.3. The characteristics of distribution of gas and liquid flows in the tower were studied. The results showed that the deflectors in the PCF device obviously affected the distri- butions of gas and liquid phase in the device, which makes the scatter of gas phase in this device more uniform. The deflectors and the self-excitation channels are the main causes to the device pressure drop. Sleeve structure of the PCF can effectively reduce the water concentration in the outlet flue gas, and then the mist eliminator can be omitted to simplify the structure. Furthermore, the simulation results are of major significance for the optimal design operation of the tower at full-scale.
