健康滩羊羔羊24头,随机分为3组。对照组(C)饲料中添加玉米淀粉,试验组(T1、T2)饲料中分别添加富硒酵母和亚硒酸钠,试验期60 d。分别于试验期30和60 d测定全血中GSH-Px活性、血浆SOD活性、血浆MDA含量、血浆IL-1、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平以及血浆甲状腺激素T3、T4浓度;试验期60 d时测定组织硒含量。结果发现,在30和60 d时,T1和T2组羔羊组织硒含量、全血GSH-Px活性、血浆SOD活性、血浆IL-1、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平以及血浆T3浓度均显著或极显著高于C组(P〈0.01或P〈0.05);血浆MDA含量及T4浓度均显著或极显著低于C组(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。在30 d时,T1组羔羊全血GSH-Px活性及组织硒含量均极显著高于T2组(P〈0.01)。在60 d时,T1组羔羊全血GSH-Px活性及组织硒含量均极显著高于T2组(P〈0.01);T1组羔羊血浆MDA含量显著低于T2组(P〈0.05)。结果表明,有机硒源提高羔羊机体硒状态以及机体抗氧化能力的效果优于无机硒源,但在提高细胞因子水平和血浆T浓度以及降低血浆T浓度方面两者差异不显著。
Twenty-four healthy lambs of Tan Sheep were divided into 3 groups, one served as control (C) group, two were supplemented with different selenium sources namely selenium-enriched yeast (T1 group) or sodium selenite (T2 group), respectively. The experiment lasted for 60 days. Blood samples were collected at day 30 and 60 of the experiment and tissue samples were collected at experiment termination. Tissues selenium contents, blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, plasma superoxidedismutase (SOD) activity, plasma malonaldehyde (MDA) content, plasma cytokines levels and thyroid hormones (T3, T4) were determined, respectively. The result showed that, at day 30 and 60, tissue selenium contents, blood GSH-Px activity, plasma SOD activity, plasma IL - 1, IL - 2, IL -6, TNF -α, and T3 content in T1 and T2 groups were higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ) , while plasma MDA content and T4 content in T1 and T2 groups were lower than those in control group (P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). At day 30, tissue selenium contents and blood GSH-Px activity in T1 group were higher than those in T2 group (P 〈0.01 ). At day 60, tissue selenium contents and blood GSH-Px activity in T1 group were higher than those in T2 group (P 〈 0. 01 ) , while plasma MDA content in T1 group was lower than that in T2 group (P 〈 0. 05 ). In conclusion, compared to inorganic selenium source, organic selenium source was more effective in increasing tissue selenium contents and antioxidation function of lambs, no significant differences in increasing plasma cytokine levels and T3 content or decreasing plasma T4 content of lambs were found between organic and inorganic selenium source.
