为提高露天矿边坡光面爆破效果的评价精度,确定最优爆破方案及优化爆破参数,建立了未确知测度评价模型。以JDC露天矿9个光面爆破样本为例,选取炮孔利用率、眼痕率和不平整度3大因素作为评价指标,建立对应的未确知测度函数;利用信息熵理论计算各评价指标权重,依照置信度识别准则进行等级判定;最后通过未确知重要度向量,对样本方案优劣排序。研究结果表明:未确知测度评价模型合理可靠,简单易掌握,为矿山边坡光面爆破效果综合评价提供了一种新的方法,且能为爆破最优方案的选取和爆破设计参数的优化提供可靠依据。
In order to improve the evaluation precision of open-pit mine slope smooth blasting effect, to determine the optimal blas- ting scheme and the optimization of blasting parameters, the model of unascertained measure evaluation is set up. With the JDC open-pit mine 9 smooth blasting as an example, the utiliza- tion factor of hole, hole mark rate and surface roughness of 3 fac- tors are used as the evaluation indexes to set up corresponding unascertained measurement function. The weight of each evalua- tion index is calculated by using the information entropy theory in accordance With the credible degree recognition criteria for classi- fication. The unascertained importance vector is calculated to sort the sample project. The results show that the Unascertained measure evaluation model is reasonable and reliable, simple and easy to master, providing a new method for the comprehensive e- valuation of mine slope smooth blasting effect and the reliable ba- sis for the selection of optimal blasting scheme and the optimiza- tion of blasting design parameters.
