【目的】研究杨凌霉素对小麦、水稻、稗草和反枝苋的除草活性。[方法】培养皿内处理2d或3d后测定种子萌发数和幼根长度;盆栽处理15d后测定幼苗鲜质量;AFLP处理小麦幼根基因组DNA后统计图谱条带。【结果】杨凌霉素对种子萌发和幼根生长均有抑制作用,其中对稗草种子萌发和小麦幼根生长的抑制效果最强,EC50值分别为26.20、20.90rag/L;但对幼苗生长的防效均低于30%;基因组DNA多态性显著提高,且与药剂浓度存在明显的剂量关系。【结论】杨凌霉素具有一定的除草活性。
[Aims] The paper aims to study the herbicidal activity of yanglingmycin on wheat, rice, barnyard grass, amaranthus. [Methods] Seed germination number and young root length were surveyed on 2th day or 3th day after plate treatment; fresh weight of seedlings were surveyed on 15th day after potted plant treatment; spectrum stripes were counted after AFLP. [Results] Yanglingmycin had inhibition effect on seed germination and young root growth, especially on barnyard grass seed germination and wheat young root growth with ECso values of 26.20 and 20.90 mg/L respectively; but the control effects on seedlings growth were all below 30%. The genomic DNA polymorphism increased significantly, and there is an obvious relationship between dose and drug concentration. [Conclusions] Yanglingmycin had certain herbicidal activity.
