分析了浑善达克沙地中部地区黄柳叶片气孔导度与环境因子的日变化。结果表明,晴天,黄柳叶片气孔导度日变化呈双波峰曲线变化,各月波动值存在延迟现象。胞间CO2强度在300-350μmmol/(m2·s)之间,最有利于气孔张开;温度超过25℃左右时,气孔导度大幅降低;水汽压差、光合有效辐射与黄柳气孔导度显著正相关;气孔限制值对水分利用效率起主要控制作用,从而达到抗旱特性。
The daily variations of sand salix gordejevii leaf stomatal conductance and environmental factors were analyzed in Central Hunshandake. The results showed that the daily stomatal conductivity changed with double peaks curve in sunny day, and fluctuations delayed each month. Intercellular CO2 concentration of 300-350 vmmol/(m^2 · s) was the most favourable to stornatal opening; stomatal conductance decreased greatly when temperature was more than about 25 ℃ ; the water vapor pressure difference, photosynthetic active radiation and stomatal conductance were both significantly positively related; water use efficiency was mainly controlled by stomatal limitation.
