高矿化度矿井水是矿区废水的重要组成部分。尤其在北方地区,矿井涌水量的1/3是高矿化度矿井水。为了解决高矿化度矿井水生态利用和矿区水资源短缺问题,采用深度除盐技术势在必行。以神东矿区活鸡兔矿矿井水为研究对象,采用一级反渗透装置对常规处理出水进行深度处理,处理水量为1m^3/h。经反渗透系统处理的矿井水水质完全满足绿化要求,采用按比例与原水混合的方法可以解决神东矿区的灌溉用水问题。
Highly mineralized mine water is an important part of mining area wastewater. Especially in the north, one third of the mine water is highly mineralized mine water. In order to solve the problem of ecological reuse of highly mineralized mine water and shortage of water resources, the advanced desalination technology must be used. The one-level reverse osmosis device is used for advanced treatment of conventional treatment effluent from Huojitu Mine in Shendong mining area, and the treatment water capacity is 1 m^3/h. After being treated by reverse osmosis, the mine water quality fully meets the greening requirement, and can be used as irrigation water after being mixed with raw water in proper proportion.
