研究了可见光诱导苄基硅烷合成苄醚的方法,苄基硅烷与醇的醚化反应以Ru(bpy)3[PF6]2作为光催化剂,Na2S2O8作为氧化剂,CuCl作为添加剂,反应体系在蓝光LED照射下反应2-24小时,相应产品获得良好的收率。机理研究表明反应涉及两个催化体系,分别是Ru(bpy)2/3+-S2O2/8-和Cu+-SO4-。苄基硅烷经Ru(bpy)3/3+和Cu2+连续氧化得到苄基正离子,醇对其进行亲核进攻得到苄醚。
A novel approach for preparation of benzyl ethers from benzylsilanes, based on a visible light mediated reaction, has been developed. Etherification reactions of benzylsilanes with alcohols were car- ried out in presence of Ru(bpy)3[PF6]2 as a photocatalyst, using Na2S2O2 as an oxidant, and CuC1 as an additive, under blue light irradiation for 2 - 24 h. The corresponding products were obtained with good yields. The possible mechanism was suggested due to two catalytic cycles for Ru (bpy)2/3 + -52O2/8 - and Cu + -SQ4-. The benzylsilanes were successively oxidized to benzyl cations by Ru (bpy)33 + and Cu2+ , which were then attacked by nucleophilic alcohols to afford ethers.
