Logistics is the bridge and link through which national economy can be transformed into battle effectiveness,and it is also the important prerequisite to support the war and ensure the success of military operations.The logistics resources determine the magnitude of the logistics ability and the height of the logistics level.Meanwhile,civil logistics resources determine the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics activities.According to the definition of civil Logistics resources mobilization,the existing outstanding problems are analyzed,and the methods which will improve the efficiency of civil Logistics resources mobilization are under thorough discussion and analysis,such as reconstructing the organization structure of civil logistics resources mobilization,redesigning the mobilization model and so on.
