为了获得光纤透镜研磨与抛光过程中的锥形光纤透镜的锥角大小及同轴度.提供相应参数给控制系统来控制加工过程,首先对采集到的图像进行图像增强、二值化和边缘提取等处理,然后对提取的边缘像素点进行最小二乘拟合,并将拟合结果与标准锥形光纤透镜相关数据进行对比,得到研磨抛光过程中的锥形光纤透镜的锥角及同轴度,实现了光纤的CCD图像检测,而且表明所采纳的CCD图像处理的相关方法能够满足光纤研磨抛光加工的精度要求。
In order to obtain the angle and coaxial error of the tapered fiber lens and provide some controlling parameters for the lapping and polishing process of optical fiber lens, firstly of all, a serial of suitable image processing are adopted such as image enhancement, binary image production, the edge detection and so on, and then the Least squares is used to fit edge pixels which have been extracted, and the fitting result is contrasted to the standard data, finally the results on the angle and coaxial error of the tapered fiber lens are obtained, the fiber' CCD image measuring method is realized. These have shown that above technological methods can basically meet the needs of precision lapping and polishing for optical fiber lens.
