The article addresses the public recognition and acceptance of ice & snow culture and urban space. It explores people's cognitive access to ice & snow urban space by nvestigating the cognitive agent, target ant method, tries to reveal in what a different style people accept the ice & snow culture, and thus to explain the demotic nature of the ice & snow landscape.
