利用重离子束与紫外线复合诱变的方法,选育得到一株高产Lovastatin土曲霉菌株AspergilluslerreusUVl50.3。液态摇瓶发酵中Lovastatin产量达966.32mg/L,较原始出发菌株4.terreusCA99提高了4.6倍。经连续传代培养5代,其遗传性状均比较稳定。
In the present study, heavy-ion beam combined with ultraviolet irradiation were used to breed mutant strain with high productivity of lovastatin using Aspergillus terreus CA99 as the original strain. A mutant strain designated as A. terreus UV150-3 was isolated. Subjected to submerged fermentation, the maximum lovastatin production of .4. terreus UV150-3 was up to 966.32 mg/L, which revealed the enhancement by 4.6 fold when compared with the original strain. The heredity characteristics of the mutant strain were stable after cultivation for successive five generations.
