为了解决山区长大纵坡路面抗滑磨耗层抗滑性能差,层间易推移,容易出现车辙破损病害的问题,采用阳离子慢裂型改性乳化沥青、普通硅酸盐水泥P O42.5、水性环氧树脂作为胶结料来制备粘结强度高、抗滑性能好、高温性能稳定的镶嵌式冷铺抗滑磨耗层材料,通过研究镶嵌式冷铺抗滑磨耗层材料的级配以及胶浆掺量对其力学性能、路用性能以及耐久性的影响来确定胶浆的最佳掺量。研究结果表明:随着胶浆掺量的增加(10%、12%、14%、16%、18%),材料的力学性能先增后减,高温稳定性能先增后减,水稳定性能和低温稳定性能增大,抗滑性能下降,疲劳性能下降,耐老化能力提高;当胶浆掺量为14%时,材料的各项性能俱佳,适合作为山区长大纵坡抗滑磨耗层材料使用。
In order to solve the defects of poor anti-slide and easy interlayer rut of mountain area long and steep slopes GFC,a high bonding,good anti-slide and high temperature stability mosaic cold-laid Graded Friction Course( GFC) material was prepared using cationic slow crack type modified emulsified asphalt,P O42.5 ordinary portland cement and waterborne epoxy resin as a slurry,aiming at handling following problems such as rutting,wheel tracking and hot poles. A comprehensive study on gap gradation of mosaic cold-laid GFC,amount of slurry and their influence on GFC stress,working and durability was executed to determine the optimal slurry amount. The experimental results demonstrated that the higher slurry content( 10%,12%,14%,16%,and 18%),the better performance the low temperature stability,water stability,freezing resistance and anti- aging,the poorer anti-slide,anti-fatigue; while high temperature stability and mechanical properties increased to a maximum,then started to decrease. When slurry content is 14%,GFC possesses the best property overall,which could be used as GFC for mountain area long and steep slopes.
