水泥-沥青-环氧树脂(CAE)复合胶结材料具有很好的粘结性能、高温稳定性以及柔韧性,适于钢箱梁桥面铺装材料的使用。通过路用性能研究及SEM微观形貌进行分析,结果表明,CAE混凝土中沥青与环氧树脂形成相互交织的连续网络结构,通过水泥联接。提出CAE的形成包括机械分散、互相作用、网络形成、强度发展4个过程。并通过实验验证了所提出的CAE微观结构和形成过程。
CAE meet requirement for paving in steel bridge deck pavement materials,which possessing cohesive-ness to steel plate,good flexibility and high temperature stability.This paper used SEM to investigate the micro morphology of CAE:asphalt and epoxy present hydration net structure connected by cement.It inferred that the formation of CAE including four processes:dispersion,reaction,net structure forming,strength develop-ment,which was validated by proper experiment.
