针对多样性多变性产品生产的需要,运用生物共生进化的logistic模型对盟主主导型虚拟企业的适应性进行分析,认为盟主主导型虚拟企业行政命令式外部资源利用,极大限制了虚拟企业的适应范围,难以形成多样性多变性产品生产所要求的高柔性制造系统。提出了企业虚拟化和企业集群化相结合,能够实现制造资源开放利用和多样性多变性产品生产的集群合作制造系统。并指出通过企业集群内制造资源的模块化整合可以构建出高效的集群合作制造系统。
After analysing the adaptability of virtual enterprise (VE) with the logistic model for species population evolution, that VE is not suited to produce a changing product family with many varieties for its exclusively using of manufacturing resources was pointed out. a clustered - cooperative manufacturing system (CCMS) was put forward, which is an enterprise net consisted of a great deal of specialized enterprise cells. In CCMS, concurrent manufacturing and concurrent innovation among the enterprise cells can be realized, by means of the open using of manufacturing resources. Thus CCMS can produce a changing product family with many varieties. With a modular method, a CCMS can be created from the natural enterprise cluster.
