利用具有相变特性的聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)作为工作物质,二醋酸纤维素(CDA)作为基体骨架,2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)作为连接剂,利用接枝共聚的方法将MPEG接枝到CDA骨架上,得到均匀的接枝共聚物溶液,未接枝上的MPEG与接枝共聚物上的MPEG支链存在分子间的互相作用,所以所得溶液是共聚共混体系的溶液。采用干法纺丝成功制得了纤维。对纤维进行的DSC测试表明,该纤维在常温范围具有较高相变焓和较适宜的相变温度。
In this study, MPEG is grafted to CDA. Working material is methoxy polyethelene glycol (MPEG), which is used as a common phase change material. Cellulose diacetate (CDA) is used as a matrix, while TDI is the linking agent. In the solution, there still exits some MPEG that have not grafted to the CDA, which make the solution as a mixing system. We get the phase change fibre through dry spinning, and test its phase change properties by DSC. The results indicate that this smart fibre has high entropy and good phase change properties.
