以酯交换法合成了一系列的PFT-PEG(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-聚乙二醇)嵌段共聚物,经DSC测试证明它们具有不同的常温相变温区,且常温相变来自于嵌段共聚物中的PEG链段。用FTIR,^1H—NMR表征了共聚物的结构,结果表明其是以PET硬链段封端的多嵌段共聚物,PEG软链段保有一定长度,PEG软链段含量受所投原料比例影响。通过改变加入的PEG相对分子质量和PEG/DMT投料比可控制PET-PEG嵌段共聚物相转变的热性能。
A series of PET-PEG block copolymers were synthesized by transesterification. Their phasechange occurred in different temperature area under normal temperature (DSC). Their phase-change characteristic under normal temperature came from PEG segments. By FTIR, ^1H-NMR, it was proved that the macromolecular chain was polyblock sealed by hard segment, PEG segments remained certain length, the content of PEG segments depended on the ratio of PEG/DMT which was added to the system. We can control the phase-change characteristic of PET-PEG block copolymers by changing the molecular of PEG and the ratio of PEG/DMT.
