针对电子对抗装甲车辆强红外辐射所引起的战场生存能力和战斗力的下降,构建装甲车辆的温度模型。综合考虑辐射、对流和热传导三种传热方式,利用有限元法,通过划分区域、确定节点、建立控制方程、确定边界条件、方程离散和迭代求解代数方程,给出了温度模型的数学描述并对该模型进行数值模拟。结合算例将得到的车体典型部位的温度分布与相同条件下的实测数据进行对比分析。实验分析表明,运用有限元法的计算结果能够很好地逼近实测数据,具有较高精度。
Infrared(IR) radiation of the armored vehicle is a critical performance in photo-electronic countermeasure.To study the IR characteristics of a moving armored vehicle,its temperature model is established and analysis method is setup.Based on the finite element method(FEM),the solution includes the mathematic description of the temperature model,the building of the control equation,the set up of the boundary condition,the discretization of the equation and the iteration of the calculation.Radiation,convection and heat transfer are taken into consideration in the procedure mentioned above.Apart from the analysis and simulation with FEM,practical test was carried out for a moving vehicle.The results of the FEM match the test results very well.It indicates that the FEM is practical feasible and has a high precision.
