利用ANSYS和ADAMS对二级摆线针轮减速器进行动力学仿真,建立一、二级传动关键部件摆线轮为柔性体的刚柔耦合动力学模型.在满载工况下对减速器动态响应进行仿真.分析摆线轮的弹性变形对系统动力学特性的影响.结果表明,此工况下摆线轮与针齿的啮合力增大,系统的振动明显大于多刚体系统.
Based on ANSYS and ADAMS,a rigid-flexible coupled model of secondary cycloid reducer is established,considering the elastic deformation of the cycloids.For the full load situation,the influence of flexible body vibration to the system is analyzed.The result shows that compared with multi-body model,meshing force between the cycloid and pitch is lager,and the vibration of system is increased.
