在行星减速器设计中由于行星轮轴承受到外径尺寸和使用寿命的制约而满足不了使用要求,本文用滑动轴承代替圆柱滚子轴承,通过对滑动轴承油膜压力分布分析,并将油膜压力施加于轴承内表面,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件分别对轴承应力布及应变分布进行求解,得出在此设计背景下选用滑动轴承可较好的满足设计要求。
Concerning the fact that the planet gear can be utilized in practice due to the restriction on its outer diameter size and service life, through the investigation of sliding bearing film force law, on the internal surface of which the film force is posed, instead of cylindrical roller bearing in this paper, and with the aid of ANSYS finite element analysis software, the stress and strain distribution of sliding bearing are evaluated, resulting in the conclusion that sliding bearing can fulfill the task in terms of design.
