新疆准东煤炭储量丰富,但高钠煤占比较高,在电站燃烧过程中结垢严重。文中从沾污、结焦的本质出发,对影响钠迁移因素(反应温度、反应气氛等)的实验平台进行了初步设计,为实验研究准东煤中碱金属钠在整个燃烧过程中的变迁形态做准备。文中研究有助于了解准东高钠煤燃烧特性,提高高钠煤的利用率及稳定性。
Zhundong coal reserves are abundant in Xinjiang, but high sodium coal is high proportion, and the scaling will be serious in the combustion process in power plant. In this paper, starting from the nature of contamination of coking, migration factors on the effects of sodium (reaction temperature, atmosphere ) experimental platform is designed and will be prepared for changes in morphology experimental study of coal alkali metal sodium in the whole combustion process. This study helps to understand the combustion characteristics of high sodium Zhundong coal, and improve the utilization rate and high stability of sodium coal.
