This paper first gives a summary of the new energy industry in Xinjiang development before 2014,on the basis of the new energy industry of Xinjiang,including the use of solar thermal,photovoltaic,wind power,biomass,dry air and heat ＂13th Five-Year ＂development goals were predicted at the end of the Xinjiang new energy industries,including wind power photovoltaic and thermal and building energy-saving lamps in the field of ＂13th Five-Year＂science and technology development goals are studied. The prospect of new energy industry in Xinjiang and ＂13th Five-Year＂in this review,will contribute to the development of Xinjiang energy industry.
