Objective To establish a simple, rapid and reliable method for the detection of C Masi Bing in biological samples. Methods Acetone：water （v/v 8：2） was soaked in biological samples, and then extracted and separated with ethyl acetate under the condition of pH=10 ～ 11, and the samples were detected by GC-MS. Results The method is simple and easy to operate, the background interference is small, the separation effect is good, and the analysis speed is fast. Conclusion This method can be applied to the analysis of C Masi Bing＇s test in the biological samples of forensic toxicological analysis, and the results are satisfactory.
